RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All ForUs Intimates subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
For hygienic reasons, we can not accept a return of your package if you've opened it. However, if you're experiencing issues, please email us at ForUs@ForUsIntimates.com.
Q: I received a damaged pair in my subscription, what should I do?
A: Although we try to double-check every order prior to shipment, we realize stuff happens! If you receive a damaged pair, please email us at ForUs@ForUsIntimates.com right away and we’ll take care of it for you.
Q: I forgot to update my size in time. Can I return my package?
A: Yes, you can return your package as long as it is unopened. If you forgot to update your size before the cut-off date, and know that your size will be incorrect, simply e-mail us at ForUs@ForUsIntimates.com and let us know that you intend to send it back.
Once we receive your package, we'll send another package out to you. Please note: ForUs Intimates will not pay the shipping cost to return packages back to us.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: To cancel, simply e-mail us at ForUs@ForUsIntimates.com with the date you'd like to cancel and we'll process your cancellation.
